Alison Spalding

Founder & CEO

Our founder & CEO, Alison Spalding, holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and is a certified Guardian ad Litem with the state of Florida. As a former social worker, she has seen the gaps in the foster care system firsthand. Alison started this organization with the belief that meaningful, personal gifts are essential to childhood. While foster care addresses basic needs, there are still many services lacking in the system. Alison consults with adults who were raised in foster care, as well as current foster agency staff, to determine the most effective ways to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve.

Lisa is and has been the owner of several successful small businesses in the area since graduating from Rollins College.
